Cancer Decisions is a website founded by Ralph W. Moss, Ph. D. who has dedicated the last thirty years on researching cancer treatments and their effectiveness. He is known for his “Moss Report” which is a cancer type specific report that outlines all traditional and alternative treatments, their success rates, and lists numerous resources such as clinics and physicians listed by region and country. For anyone facing cancer, this is a must read. Consultations and numerous articles and other resources pertaining cancer are also available.
A Campaign for Real Milk is a website dedicated to educate the public on the benefits of real (raw) milk – that is, milk that is full-fat, unprocessed, and from pasture-fed cows. It is a great resource for anyone curious on what raw milk is all about and what health issues may result when consuming processed milk. It also lists resources where raw milk products can be purchased.
The Center For Food Safety fights for our rights to real food and provides ways to take action against industrial food giants.
Campaign For Safe Cosmetics is a coalition effort launched in 2004 to protect the health of consumers and workers by securing the corporate, regulatory and legislative reforms necessary to eliminate dangerous chemicals from cosmetics and personal care products.
The Cosmetics Database is a non-profit effort to catalog and rate the levels of harmful chemicals used by many brand names in a varitety of skin care products.
Environmental Working Group exposes health threats of all kinds. The EWG independently researches toxic ingredients in cosmetics and foods, pesticides in produce, and monitors legislation affecting the environment and health related issues. They offer a free electronic newsletter that highlights potential health hazards and harmful products.Contents are rated in regards to the presence of hormones, toxins, carcinogens, etc.
The Institute of HeartMath is an internationally recognized nonprofit research and education organization dedicated to helping people reduce stress, self-regulate emotions and build energy and resilience for healthy, happy lives. HeartMath has some great tools, technologies and trainings with the focus on teaching people to rely on the intelligence of their hearts in concert with their minds. For anyone looking towards a scientific approach to meditation, biofeedback, etc. this is a great resource. Check out some of HeartMath’s solutions to stress or their EMWave technology which monitors your heart and trains you de-stress, relax, and build up resilience to stress.

Marin Sun Farms is a Northern California family farm that offers highest quality 100% grass-fed beef, lamb, goat, pasture raised chickens, eggs, an pork. What’s unique about Marin Farms is their Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) Program which allows consumers to support local farms by buying “shares” of future harvests (meat). By paying for shares up front, CSA members guarantee farmers the capital they need to bring their animals from field to market. In return, members will receive monthly packages containing steaks, roasts, ground, and additional listings if desired, like: sausage, chicken, and discounted cuts of meat. Memberships are six months or one year in length and there are numerous locations in the Bay Area for members to pick up their monthly packages.

The Price-Pottenger Nutrition Foundation is a non-profit educational resource providing access to modern scientific validation of ancestral wisdom on nutrition, agriculture and health.
Spacedoc.net is a website founded by Dr. Duane Graveline MD, MPH. After being put on Lipitor and having experienced serious side effects (transient global amnesia (TGA)), he started researching the dangers of statins and published numerous books. This website is a great resource with over 250 articles and studies published by numerous well known medical authorities on statin drugs and their side effects.
Raw Food Living is a site dedicated to raw food, it’s benefits, and an great resource for recipes and preparation tips.
Three Stones Hearth is a wonderful community supported kitchen in Berkley offering food delivery to the Bay Area. Their philosophy is one of sustainability and that of traditional food preparation according to the principles of Dr. Weston A. Price. They offer pick up and delivery service in various East Bay, Peninsula, and San Francisco Locations.
US Wellness Meats is a great resource for all natural meats and other food products.
Vital Choice Wild Seafood and Organics is a great resource for sustainably caught wild Alaskan seafood and organic fare.
The Weston A. Price Foundation is a nonprofit nutrition education foundation dedicated to providing consumers with accurate information about diet and health. It also publishes a quarterly magazine, Wise Traditions in Food, Farming and the Healing Arts, which provides up-to-date commentary on a variety of nutrition issues.
Wild Fermentation is a site is maintained by Sandor Ellix Katz who has been fermenting foods for over 17 years and is the author of the book Wild Fermentation: The Flavor, Nutrition, and Craft of Live-Culture Foods. The World’s Healthiest Foods is a website by the George Mateljan Foundation, a not-for-profit foundation with no commercial interests or advertising, with emphasis on creating a healthier you and a healthier world.
Zen By Design is a company that manufactures some of the most beautiful and comfortable meditation chairs available. I personally use one every day and it’s hard to imagine my meditations without it.
